After a house caught on fire in a rural part of Nebraska, three children died.
It started just after 3:30 AM Saturday in Pierce. Three people managed to escape, but the fire spread to a 15-year old, a 17 year-old and a 12-year-old.
Chief Investigator Adam Matzner, Nebraska State Fire Marshal Agency, stated in a press release that they were declared dead on the spot.
They were not named.
Uninjured were two people. One person was taken to a hospital for treatment and released.
Matzner stated that the fire was an accident and was caused by a wood burning stove.
