Kinetic is a brand new off-campus apartment community specifically designed for college students, offering 239 apartment homes with a total of 752 beds. Situated near the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, Kinetic was made possible through a $91 million construction loan from US Bank and construction began in July 2022, with the first residents moving in by August 2024.
