According to the electoral Commission of the Republic 64,49% of the capital of the electorate voted for Alexander Lukashenko. His rival, Svetlana Tikhanovski, supported 14,92% of the voters.
On the CEC website also published a breakdown of vote totals in all regions of the Republic, and everywhere Lukashenko is in the lead with a serious separation. For example, according to the Commission, in the Mogilev region voted for by 88,06% of voters in the Gomel — 85,38%, in Vitebsk region — 83,64%, in Brest — 81,78%, in Minsk — 79,23%, in Grodno — 78,72%.
