According to doctors and eyewitnesses, at least eight people were killed and another 22 injured in another bomb explosion in the Afghan capital Kabul.
The explosive device detonated on Saturday on a busy shopping street in a western part of the city where members of the Shia Muslim minority usually hang out. The Islamic State (IS), a militant Sunni group, said the attack was its own.
The IS had already described itself as the perpetrator of an attack in a Shiite residential area in Kabul, in which several people died on Friday. The police had put the number of dead here at at least eight and the number of injured at 18.
