Because more and more vaccinations are being carried out by resident doctors, the large centralized capacities of the vaccination centers are currently not needed, the spokeswoman said.
In the event of an unfavorable scenario, the administration will consult with the Berlin Medical Association, the Berlin Medical Association, the Berlin Dental Association and the Berlin Chamber of Pharmacists. You could then establish corona vaccination facilities that create a “flexible and local vaccination offer”. For such a scenario, one is in the process of “making (also financial) provisions”.

In addition, an information campaign is planned for the autumn. Funds have also been registered for the 2022 budget. The willingness to vaccinate could be increased with so-called vaccination slots.
